What happens if I exceed my retrieval limit?

On the Pro plan, additional retrievals are charged at $0.50 per retrieval. On the Free plan, retrievals are paused until the next billing cycle. Enterprise plans have no limits.

Most teams go from signup to first secured retrieval in under 5 minutes using the Python or TypeScript SDK. Full production rollout with policies and metadata typically takes 1-2 days.

Enterprise plans include BAA support and the infrastructure controls needed for HIPAA compliance. Gateco's deny-by-default model, audit trails, and ABAC policies support the minimum necessary standard required by HIPAA.
